A little help
with the numbers.

Check the selected units, any explicit units in the input, and “How this was calculated.” If something still looks wrong, send:

• Calculator name
• Exact inputs and selected units/options
• Result received
• Result expected, if known, and how you obtained it
• App version and device model, if available

A screenshot can help. Remove any unrelated personal information first.

Tell us what you did, what happened, and whether it repeats. Include the app version, Android version, device model, screen orientation and text-size setting when relevant.

For clipped content or keyboard problems, a screenshot and the calculator name are especially useful.

The library has 25 Free calculators and 35 additional Pro calculators. Tebami Pro is a one-time Google Play purchase that unlocks all 60 calculators and includes future calculator additions. There is no calculator subscription and no advertising. The app displays the current price supplied by Google Play for your region.

Free tools have no daily calculation limit and retain offline use, Search, Favorites and Recent.

Connect to the internet and use the Google Play account that purchased Pro or redeemed your official Pro code. Open Tebami → Settings → Restore purchases. Tebami will report whether Pro is already active, was restored, no purchase was found, or the check could not be completed.

If no purchase is found, check the account used for the purchase or redemption. If the check fails, check your connection and try again. A pending payment must complete in Google Play before Pro unlocks. Do not buy Pro again just to restore it.

If you still need help, email the message shown, app version and a brief description of the purchase or restore problem. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unredacted receipts.

Favorites, History, Recent and preferences are stored on your device. History can be cleared from the History screen. Uninstalling or clearing app storage removes local data, so avoid doing that just to troubleshoot an update.

Ordinary calculations work offline. Installing the app, looking up the current Pro price, purchasing and restoring Pro need a connection to Google Play. Previously verified Pro ownership can support offline use; see the Free and Pro guide.
