The Tebami application
This policy describes the Tebami Android application and this website. Tebami is the public-facing developer name.
Ordinary calculations happen on your device. Tebami does not send calculation inputs, results, History, Favorites, Recent tools or preferences to a Tebami server. You do not need a Tebami account. The app has no advertising, AdMob, custom analytics SDK or automatic crash-reporting SDK, and does not use advertising identifiers. It has no remote calculator service or cloud profile.
Local device data
Tebami stores calculation History, Favorites and their order, recently used tools, and preferences such as units, fraction precision and theme in app storage on your device. History includes calculation inputs and results, so avoid entering personal or confidential information you do not want saved there.
The app keeps up to 500 History entries and five recently used tools. Older entries are replaced as those limits are reached. You can clear History within the app and remove Favorites individually. Clearing a calculator’s input is separate from clearing saved History.
Copy Result and the optional feedback draft use the device clipboard only when you choose to copy. Android and any app you paste into control their own handling of copied information. The feedback draft is not sent automatically.
Internet and Google services
Ordinary calculations work offline. An internet connection is needed to look up the current Pro price, purchase Pro or check purchases with Google Play. Tebami does not synchronize your calculation data to a cloud account.
The app uses Google Play Billing and its supporting Google components to communicate with Google Play. Google’s services may process purchase and technical information to operate those services. Tebami does not receive your payment-card or bank details. Google Play, Android and other software on your device have their own data practices, separate from Tebami’s local calculation features. Purchases and Google Play
Tebami offers an optional one-time Tebami Pro purchase through Google Play. Pro includes all 60 launch calculators and future calculator additions. There is no subscription for these calculator features. Google Play handles checkout and payment.
Tebami uses purchase information supplied by Google Play to confirm Pro ownership. This includes the product, purchase status, purchase token and signed purchase record. The app checks the signed record on your device and confirms completed purchases with Google Play. Tebami does not maintain an account or purchase database on its own servers.
Verified purchase evidence is stored in an encrypted cache on your device so Pro can continue working offline. The app checks this evidence before using it and can check ownership again with Google Play when connected. Restore purchases checks the Google Play account used for the purchase or promo redemption.
Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove the local cache. Valid Google Play ownership can be restored after reinstalling and reconnecting with the account that owns Pro; a second purchase is not required. Refunds or revoked purchases may not be reflected while offline and can take effect after a successful check with Google Play. A temporary connection error does not by itself remove previously verified offline access.
This website
The website code does not set cookies, use browser storage, embed advertising, run analytics, or load third-party fonts or tracking scripts. It has no login, contact form or database.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare Workers / Static Assets. Cloudflare may receive technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request timing. It may retain operational or security logs under its own policies. This is distinct from calculation data stored in the Tebami app. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Following an external link or contacting support by email takes you to a separate service with its own data practices.
Support communications
Tebami provides email support through its public Gmail account, tebami.support@gmail.com. If you choose to email support, Tebami receives your email address, message and any attachments. Google provides the Gmail service used to receive and store these communications; your own email provider may also process them. Tebami uses your message to respond to your request and investigate the issue you report. Send only the information needed; remove personal or confidential details from screenshots. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to address the request, maintain relevant issue records or meet applicable obligations. You may ask for deletion through the contact below. This describes Tebami’s handling of correspondence, not a guarantee about Google’s or another email provider’s retention or deletion practices. Those services operate under their own policies; see Google’s Privacy Policy.
Beta testing records
If you participated in Tebami’s closed beta, Tebami may retain your testing email address, feedback, and a record of eligibility or promo-code issuance as needed to administer tester benefits and related support.
These records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose. You may request deletion through the contact information below. If an eligibility record is deleted before a promised benefit has been provided, Tebami may no longer be able to match that benefit to you.
Retention, deletion and security
Local app data stays on your device until removed through app controls, replaced by History/Recent limits, or removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling. Normal app updates are intended to preserve local data. Tebami cannot remotely retrieve or delete your local calculations because it does not hold a server copy.
The app relies on Android’s app-storage protections and your device security. The purchase cache is encrypted using a device-held key. Android application backup is disabled in the app configuration; device manufacturers and operating-system services may have their own transfer or recovery behavior. These protections are not a guarantee against loss or unauthorized access. Protect your device and take care when copying results or sharing attachments.
General audience
Tebami is a general-purpose utility and is not specifically directed at children. It does not request a date of birth or create child profiles. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support, contact Tebami to request its review and deletion where appropriate.
